The project is supported by funding from Bloomberg Philanthropies, CELC, and the City of Charlotte. Radius Group has been tapped as the development partner to develop and implement the process.

At the end of Stage 1, members will be set up with a regional workforce intelligence dashboard.
We have identified a short list of programs to engage based on a list of high opportunity occupations in the region. This is meant to provide a manageable starting point. After the initial demonstration, we will scale up this process to include additional programs across sectors.
